An all-in-one platform for learning Human+AI collaboration, practicing it, and engaging in local ecosystem projects.
Learn more →My name is Aureliusz Gorski. Since 2012, my mission has been to democratize access to innovation.
For over a decade, I’ve worked to level the playing field for startups across the CEE region, helping lay the foundations of Poland’s innovation ecosystem. This gave me the opportunity to exchange know‑how with peers from other innovation hubs around the world and to understand the perspectives of all stakeholders across the innovation landscape.
In 2022, I began experimenting with digital twin technology and AI. That’s how CampusAI was born: a virtual campus designed to teach essential Human+AI skills so everyone can benefit from this new era.
CampusAI’s success in Poland pushed us further. Together with our community, we began co-creating new modules and set a bold long-term vision for District.org - a modular, virtual local ecosystem to empower local comunities and makre positive impact.
We’re on a global growth path and looking for local leaders, investors, and proactive people who want to join me on this venture.
If you’re not interested in this part, feel free to jump straight to the “Our CampusAI” section of the website.
Long story short, people often describe me as a visionary — something I’ve only recently started to accept. I grew up during the shift from Web 1.0 to Web 2.0, experienced the impact of technology firsthand, and felt a mission to support those who weren’t adapting as quickly. That mission still drives me today.
Below is the full story and the three key steps that were essential in bringing CampusAI to life. None of it would have been possible without the people I met along the way — so thank you! This is why I believe so strongly in people, and why even in building an AI-native organization, we will always keep humans in the loop.
2006 - 2012
/ Self-employed / Consultant
In my first year at university (2006), I won a business idea competition and secured a grant to launch a blended-learning company, helping training companies begin their digital transformation. At the time, Szczecin didn’t yet have a strong community, so I made the decision to move to the capital, Warsaw, where I had the chance to work with some of the biggest names in the training industry in Poland.
In 2012 I was invited by Dariusz Żuk, founder of the Academic Incubators of Entrepreneurship (AIP), to design a startup acceleration program and coordinate the buildout of a network of coworking spaces across 10 Polish cities — all accessible with a single pass - AIP Business Link.
"Vision, creativity and commitment - Business Link's success is made by Aureliusz."- Dariusz Żuk, Founder & CEO at AIP
2016 - 2023
/ Co-founder at CIC Poland & Venture Cafe Warsaw
In 2015 my work caught the eye of Timothy Rowe, founder of the Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC), one of the earliest innovation centers in the world at Kendall Square in Cambridge, USA. In 2016 I joined CIC's global team to build its software engineering hub in Poland and help bring the brand to the country. Two years later, I helped secure a $58M investment to build CIC Warsaw and launch Venture Café Warsaw at Varso Place.
"I credit Aureliusz with our organization's decision to come to Poland. I met him on my first scouting trip there, and I immediately knew I had found a kindred spirit: an individual who shares my passion for the potential for innovation to fix many of the things that are not right in the world. He exhibits a rare combination of intensity and visionary creativity. He sees several steps ahead in a world where most of us see just one or two steps. When you get to know him, you realize this is no ordinary human being. I cherish Aureliusz, as I know most who know him do."- Timothy Rowe, Founder & CEO at CIC
On Wednesday, November 30, 2022, ChatGPT was launched with a simple tweet from Sam Altman — no warnings, no press conference, no platform to help people prepare.
For me, it wasn’t just the release of a tool; it was a begining of new type of collaboration that would disrupt every industry - and we were not ready for it.
That moment marked a new chapter in my life - becoming a solo founder.
I began working on CampusAI in December 2022 as a solo founder, using six AI-powered GPT assistants and Midjourney v4 to create the first visualizations of CampusAI. That early collaboration with AI became a research case and was published in Converging Minds: The Creative Potential of Collaborative AI (CRC Press, 2024).
In March 2023 I presented the project to 2 prominent researchers: Professor Aleksandra Przegalinska (expert in human-AI interaction) and Professor Dariusz Jemielniak (specialized in open-source communities). Together we built the Human+AI™ Collaboration Framework (Me+AI®, Team+AI®, Community+AI®) and turned it into the first practical online training program Me+AI Path delivered by avatars inside a virtual campus. It was a test, but in the first month over 1,000 people purchased lifetime access.

Within weeks, it grew into a full virtual school focused on ethical Human+AI collaboration—the first virtual building, which we called CampusAI.
I spent my last savings investing in my friend Szymon Piekarz’s software company to outsource software development and on acquiring the domains Campus.ai and District.org.
In December 2023, I met angel investor Maciej Zientara, who believed in the vision and helped secure pre-seed funding we needed to build final software and organization. At that time it was CampusAI Poland.
When you bring in an investor, a startup begins its transformation into a real business — and I’m deeply grateful to have found not only an investor but also a friend who motivated us to grow while staying true to our mission and vision.
Within a year, our core team grew from 3 to 60.

It took us a year of listening to our clients - individuals, businesses, and the public sector - to truly understand their needs. At that point, we considered several virtual projects but decided to focus on one brand (CampusAI) and test three products in the Polish market before expanding globally:
An all-in-one platform for learning Human+AI collaboration, practicing it, and engaging in local ecosystem projects.
Learn more →Customizable programs for implementing a Human+AI collaboration culture in organization.
Learn more →Technology licensing that enables partners to create AI-driven digital twins of their brands and organizations.
Learn more →The market response has been outstanding: 30,000+ individual customers, 40+ corporates have implemented our Human+AI program, and 11 universities have chosen to build AI-driven digital twins on our software.
Together with our community, we opened a showroom in Warsaw showcasing our joint projects — like haimazine.com and many more.
Opprotunity: AI can become any city’s specialty — and communities empowered with Human+AI collaboration skills can create outstanding local impact, as we demonstrated in Poland.
Problem statement: After more than a decade of building physical infrastructure, I learned that this path is slow, expensive, and hard to sustain. Most cities can't afford it, so they lose talent.
Solution: Modular virtual ecosystems, powered by digital twins of local universities and other important ecosystem players can give even small cities big-city power by opening access to resources, removing barriers, stopping brain drain, developing local talent, and creating fairer, more inclusive ecosystems - putting real capabilities directly in the hands of local players. There's a well-known African proverb: "It takes a village to raise a child." Innovation works the same way - it takes a whole ecosystem to grow a single innovator.
The purpose behind virtual local districts is to make opportunities equally accessible. They are a good starting point, but building real ecosystems still requires human‑to‑human interaction. Our role is to connect the dots and empower local leaders. As the network grows, we can share resources more intelligently and help deliver a basic innovation ecosystem anywhere in the world.
Strong Market Signals:
To keep innovating in the Human+AI era, we need to reimagine what innovation ecosystems should look like and redesign them from the ground up. They can't be limited to buildings - they must be AI-ready, always on and distributed.
Goal by 2030: Launch CampusAI in 40+ countries and inspire over 1M people to adopt the Human+AI collaboration method. In each country, we aim to empower local communities, fill the gaps, and reinvest in developing virtual districts that foster sustainable, regenerative local ecosystems.
Important KPI: Equal adoption and ethical implementation collaboration skills is crucial. That is why we established the Human+AI Institute with leading scientists, running an annual event on 30 November (anniversary of ChatGPT) - GenerativeRevolution.ai. The first edition took place in 2023. Each year we publish a comprehensive report on how people in different countries are preparing for what is coming, encouraging big tech to focus more on education, ethics, safety, and equal access.
CampusAI - our learning hub - is the anchor of every virtual district, giving everyone a fair shot to learn AI and collaborate with the community. Together with local organizations, we cultivate an early-adopter community. In each country, once we reach ~1,000 active members, we set up a CampusAI Local entity with five full-time coordinators. Wherever we operate, we invest in local partnerships and community-driven ideas.
In 2026, alongside CampusAI, we are rolling out four new virtual buildings:
With AI networking tools, tech company showrooms, an investors hub, and on‑demand modules for corporate partners to build virtual offices.
AI‑driven think tanks focused on connecting our alumni with the public sector to bring more ideas to life.
Dedicated zones for universities that decide to build digital twins of their campuses.
For virtual events.
All of them will work as a symbiotic local community and global network, giving access to many new services and resources.
We tested our idea as CampusAI Poland bu to deliver this global vision, in 2025 I formed DistrictORG Inc. - an international holding company - together with Maciej Zientara and the core team.
It owns the IP and all local CampusAI entities worldwide, as well as a production studio and a publishing house. The holding provides legal structure, governance, standards, and capital for expansion - so local ecosystems can grow faster.
I closed a $5M seed investment round for DistrictORG Inc., securing funding from five prominent investors, including Supernova Group (Maciej Zientara’s fund). Alongside them, we welcome JRH.ai, SmartLink.vc, Opoka TFI, and Group One. Beyond capital, each investor is bringing support and access to international clients.
We’re now preparing for our Series A in 2026 and plan to invite the first investors to participate via SAFE by the end of 2025. If you are interested, feel free to contact me.
We've also received several awards and distinctions:
After a year of testing and building, we’re ready to go global—live worldwide in English, Spanish, and Polish. We launch a full program and form a local entity once a country hits ~1,000 early members or we secure a strong local partner. B2B implementations are underway in Poland, the UK, and the US. Broad rollout starts in Q1 2026. Want to join as a member, partner, or investor? See below.
